Service Rules at Nomad Salon
The following Terms and Conditions govern the use of the service portal, membership, and transactions at Nomad Salon. By using our services, you agree to all applicable rules.
1. Membership & Account
- Each user is only allowed to have one active account registered with a valid Email and WhatsApp Number.
- Users are responsible for the confidentiality of their passwords and OTP codes.
- Membership points and packages are non-transferable to other accounts.
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts if suspicious activity or violations are found.
2. Points & Rewards (Loyalty Program)
- Points are earned from every paid transaction and can be redeemed according to the applicable exchange rate.
- Points cannot be cashed out under any circumstances.
- Terms of reward missions or promos are subject to change without prior notice.
- Points may have an expiration date according to the ongoing program policy.
3. Reservations & Cancellations
- Reservations must be made at least 1 hour before the arrival time for the same day.
- A delay of more than 15 minutes from the schedule may result in a reduction of service duration.
- Cancellations must be made no later than 2 hours before the schedule.
- The system reserves the right to automatically cancel unconfirmed reservations.
4. Packages & Payments
- Purchased service packages are non-refundable.
- The active period of a package depends on the description at the time of purchase, and the quota will automatically expire afterward.
5. Closing
Nomad Salon reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Management decisions are final and binding.
